Rape Incident In Roxborough Reported
A woman was allegedly invited into the basement of a home, where she went willingly.
An incident of rape was reported in Roxborough on November 12, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
A woman was allegedly invited into the basement of a home on the 400 block of Lemonte Street, where she went willingly, police said.
The suspect then kissed the woman, and began to undress her as she protested, police said, eventually raping her.
