Ride Like The President With Uber 'Motorcade' In Philly
Ahead of Philadelphia's Democratic National Convention, Uber is offering "motorcade rides" where users can ride like the President.
PHILADELPHIA, PA — Ever wondered what it's like to be a part of a Presidential motorcade?
Uber is giving users of the rideshare service the chance ahead of the Philadelphia Democratic National Convention, which begins July 25.
On Friday, July 22, riders can use the promo code PHLPOTUS when requesting a ride from the UBERCADE option to get a free motorcade ride.

The ride includes a Cadillac STS and two Suburbans complete with “Secret Service agents” who will escort you and up to four friends to the destination of the riders' choosing.
Users who wish to request a motorcade should open the Uber app anywhere in University City, Center City, or Old City between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Uber urges the public to be patient, as demand is likely to be high. The maximum trip length is 20 minutes, and there is a 4 passenger limit.
