Roxborough Resident Shot Inside Home, 2 Men Sought

Police said two men broke into a home on July 3 and shot the person inside twice.

ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — Police are still looking for two people who broke into a Roxborough home and shot a person twice.

According to police, the incident occurred at 3:13 a.m. on Wednesday, July 3 at a home on the 600 block of Walnut Lane.

Two men broke into the home and shot a victim in the chest and shoulder, police said.

Police said it's unclear if anything was stolen.

The two were caught on video truing to get inside other properties in the area before getting inside the home in question.

One suspect was described as a light-skinned man in his mid 20s to early 30s. He had a close-shaved head, goatee, and stocky build. He was wearing a hooded jacket, pants, and sneakers.

The other suspect was described as a white man in his 20s or 30s with a thin build. He was wearing a hooded jacket, possible baseball hat, pants, dark sneakers and carrying a dark colored bag with unknown contents.
