Roxborough YMCA Offering Financial Assistance For Summer Camps

ROXBOROUGH -- Is your child interested in attending Roxborough's summer sleep away camp? Worried about cost? The Y may have you covered.

The YMCA has announced that they will offer financial assistance to several fortunate Roxborough families who would like to send their children to Camp Speers in the Poconos.

If interested, please have your child write a letter to the Roxborough YMCA staff stating why.

The Y is asking for the family to put down a $150 deposit, and the rest will be covered.

Anyone interested should drop off their letters as soon as possible at the Welcome Center for consideration.

The Roxborough YMCA is located on 7201 Ridge Ave.
