Safari Party, Yoga Story Time Among Upcoming Events at Roxborough Library

It’s going to be a busy month at the Roxborough Library.

Here’s a look at some of the events planned:

• On Wednesday, Oct. 8 at 6:30 p.m. there will be a Safari Party. Meet some exotic animals up close. (This event is appropriate for the whole family.)
• On Friday, Oct. 10 at 3:30 p.m., there will be thank you reception for Councilman Curtis Jones Jr. and Wells Fargo Bank for their generous contributions to the library. Light refreshments will be served.
• On Thursday, Oct. 16 at 1:15 p.m., Settlement Music School’s Children’s Music Playshop will be there for interactive singing games, instrumental play for adults and children, music listening, movement and storytelling. • On Friday, Oct. 24 at 10:30 a.m. There will be a yoga story time.
