Mummers in Manayunk Parade is Saturday
The parade, which was postponed to this weekend, will start at Green Lane and travel through Manayunk.

The Mummers in Manayunk parade is just days away.
The parade, originally scheduled for last weekend, was postponed due to weather. The parade will be held Saturday, February 28 at 10 a.m. According to the Weather Channel, Saturday is expected to be sunny with temperatures in the upper 20s.
“The event will bring the city of Philadelphia together to celebrate the tradition of Mummery while doubling as a fundraiser to benefit the most beloved tradition in the city. The fundraising will help with maintaining the costumes and pageantry worn by the string bands,” organizers said in a statement.
