Teen Steals Vehicle, Crashes In East Falls Thursday: Report
Police believe a teenager stole two vehicles Thursday. He crashed one head on into another vehicle on a Ridge Avenue ramp in East Falls.
PHILADELPHIA – Two vehicles were reportedly stolen, one of which was crashed, in the Roxborough and East Falls neighborhoods of Philadelphia Thursday evening and the suspect is believed to be a teenage boy.
According 6ABC, a teenager stole a car then crashed it head on into another vehicle on the Ridge Avenue ramp in East Falls.
The teen was reportedly seen minutes before driving another stolen vehicle near Roxborough High School.
