Trail To Be Shut Down In Wissahickon For Repairs

Trail repairs will be underway through November on the Wissahickon's Yellow Trail.

ROXBOROUGH-MANAYUNK — A stretch of a key side trail in Wissahickon Park will be closed for the next several weeks as repairs get underway.

Park visitors should avoid a portion of the Yellow Trail, the Friends of the Wissahickon said.

Repairs are expected to last through Nov. 30.

The closed area is signed off and trail detours have been provided.

The closed area runs below the Walnut Lane Bridge.
