Transgender Woman Stalked, Shot In Philadelphia: Report
A transgender woman was followed through the streets of Philadelphia and then shot after she left a bar.

A Philadelphia transgender woman was followed and then shot after leaving a bar late Sunday night in the Overbook section of the city, according to an AP report.
The woman, 21, had left a bar on 66th Street and Lansdowne Avenue and was walking on Malvern Avenue when two men followed her, the report states.
The Associated Press said that one man then approached her and shot at her five times with a handgun.

The victim and suspects were allegedly in the bar together before the shooting.
The woman is recovering in the hospital after suffering a gunshot wound to the hip, the report states.
