Watch Replay: Donald Trump Speaks At GOP Retreat In Philadelphia

President Donald Trump, in Philadelphia for the 2017 GOP retreat, spoke to his fellow Republicans Thursday afternoon, and Patch has the complete video for you to watch.

Trump came to Philly just a day after signing an executive order that strips federal grant funding from sanctuary cities such as Philadelphia. And it came right after the Mexican president cancelled his planned meeting with Trump.

With the president in Philadelphia, city and White House officials have closed roads, limited parking and restricted pedestrian traffic around the Loews Hotel, where the retreat is taking place.

While the city ramps up to ensure the safety of Republican politicians, protests were planned around the hotel.

Only one protest was granted a permit by the city. That demonstration was to begin at Thomas Paine Plaza and march up to the Loews Hotel. Others without permits were set to take place, representing stances on the Affordable Car Act, the Dakota Access Pipeline and more.
