WATCH: Philly PD Clown Delivers Halloween Safety Tips
The Philadelphia Police Department is doing its part to make sure you have a happy and safe Halloween.
It’s the night every child has been waiting for...Halloween.
But before you head out for a night of treats and hopefully no tricks, the Philadelphia Police Department has some safety tips to share. The department posted a video to its YouTube channel featuring Sgt. Eric Gripp.
“The video features the single most [unintentionally ] terrifying clown since Pennywise the Clown from Stephen King’s ’IT’,” Philadelphia police said via its Facebook page.
