Remember back a few years ago when the RDC had this grand plan for Roxborough and the Ridge Ave "shopping" district? WTF happened with that? Lower Ridge has developed into quite the junkyard and central/upper rox have all the appeal of a dying miniature Roosevelt Boulevard.
