WNCA Bylaw Changes Approved
The changes were voted on at the civic association's Monday meeting.

In a unanimous vote, the Wissahickon Neighbors Civic Association approved a number of minor bylaw changes at its meeting Monday.
Here are the changes:
- The amount of trustees allowed has been changed from three to five to at least three because the association currently has more trustees than is allowed in the bylaws.
- Changed the rule that nominees for office must have been a member in good standing for at least one year and attended five of the last 12 meetings. Now nominees would only have to be a member in good standing for one.
- The change decreased the number of required annual meetings from 12 to 10. The change has already been instituted by the group but now it is official.
- The membership period has been changed from Jan. 1 to Sept. 1.
- Article XIII, which stated that membership dues needed to be paid at a meeting, has been deleted to allow people to mail dues in.
