Police say the driver left the scene before returning the truck, and he now faces multiple assault and evidence-tampering charges, while a GoFundMe is helping the victim’s family manage mounting medical costs.
   

2. Repair Work To Begin Soon on Saxonburg's Brooklyn Bridge (wbut.com) — Major repairs to Saxonburg’s model Brooklyn Bridge are set to start soon, with construction expected to last three to four months and finish by the end of park season. The $314,150 project, funded entirely by grants and donations, will upgrade the wire shop’s foundation, electrical system, and interior, and the borough is inviting residents to sponsor monogrammed stones for the bridge.
