DUQUESNE LIGHT ORDERS ITRIN SMART METERS -BAD IDEE.

 We should only have Smart Meters
with U/L approvals.

 UL Standards encompass UL's extensive safety research, scientific

experience and the development of more than 1,000 Standards, UL
continues to break new ground in its mission to help create a safer,
more sustainable world.

For those in Duquesne Lights’
service area, we should ONLY consider GE’s Smart Meters.

GE is the only maker who
has 'bothered' to get Underwriters Laboratory certification. Others tried, but...

Duquesne Light, last year, ordered SmartMeters from Itron.

Itron’s meters were the cause
of significant problems. including fires in Canada 

Other major meter-makers had
similar problems: Sensus and Landis & Gyr brands also had ‘fire’ problems,
in PA and CA

Not incidental: 

I’ve NO stake
in GE, unlike Al Gore’s link to Itron.
