Fanciful Fruit and Vegetable Carving

Have you always wondered how chef's create art out of fruit? Interested in entertaining your guests with something similar? You've come to the right place! In this NEW class, students will learn how to create and carve various masterpieces such as pineapple boats and palm trees out of fruits and vegetables!

• Due to the nature of this camp, Sweetwater is unable to accommodate food allergies/dietary restrictions.

Required supplies for this program:

• Please bring a cutting board and pairing knife to class. All other materials are provided. BYOB
