
This class was designed by Pilates instructor, Jenna Componovo, as a way to share her Pilates knowledge and help raise funds for breast cancer research. In addition to challenging you through a 55-minute Pilates Mat with Props class, she will share information on safe, effective home-based exercises, get you moving in the 'positive-Pilates' direction, and answer your most urgent questions on how to regain core strength after having a baby or after simply being “AB”sent from exercise!
The Class is free in exchange for a small donation to the Susan G. Komen foundation (you choose the amount). Computers will be available at the studio to make online donations.
