Florence M. (Schwartz) Rich, 86, of passed on Thursday October 6, 2011 with her loving family at her side.

Born July 2, 1925 in Sewickley, a daughter Peter J. and Martha H. (Hopkins) Schwartz, Wife of the late Lacy B. Rich, Loving mother of Martha (Thomas R. Sr.) Smith of Sewickley, Grandmother of Thomas R. Jr. and Tyler R. Smith, Sister of Cleo (Lester G. Jr.) Abercrombie of Sewickley, John (Janet) Schwartz of Gibsonia, William (Madeline) Schwartz of Crescent, and Lawrence (Jean) Schwartz of Bell Acres.

Florence was a member of of Sewickley, enjoyed knitting and crochet and loved her daughter and family.

Visitation was held Sunday at , Sewickley and a service took place Monday.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to St. Paul’s Church or the , 3579 Masonic Way, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 in her memory.
