John J. LoBello, age 89, a life-long resident of , passed away peacefully on Saturday in Ohio surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Sewickley, on May 30, 1922 to the late Joseph and Frances (Sansone) LoBello. On May 9, 1996, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 49 years, Josephine (Volante) LoBello.
Loving “Poppie” of Giovanna “Gia” May and Clayton John “CJ” Kauffman; cherished father-in-law of H. Clayton Kauffman; devoted brother of Frances Evans and brother-in-law of Rose LoBello; adoring nephews, nieces, great nieces, great nephews and god children.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded by his dear daughter ; his in-laws Joe and Giovanna Volante; siblings Joseph, Malina, Tony and Michael LoBello.

He enjoyed gardening, cooking and watching the Steelers and Ohio State football with family. His smile and twinkling eyes denoted his happy nature.
