I am looking for a nice, smaller home with a fenced yard to rent long-term with my two dogs. I am employed, have good credit, am a non-smoker, and can provide a reference from my current landlord.
My dogs are well-behaved, spayed, current on vaccines, and are also certified animal assisted therapy dogs. I will take care of your property as if it was my own!
Prefer Ross, McCandless, or Cranberry Township (general area) but I am open to other locations for the right place. I am also flexible on the rent paid for the right home although am looking to spend around $800.00/month.
