PASTA DINNER FOR MISSIONS — The Sewickley United Methodist Church
Red Bird Mission Team is heading to Kentucky in June/July for a week of service. To help with our costs, we are hosting a pasta
dinner fundraiser on Saturday, April 26, in the church's Simpson
Room, from 5—7 pm. The menu includes
salad, pasta with or without meatballs, garlic bread sticks, beverage and brownies. The cost is $8 for take-outs and adults. Children 3-11 are $4 and under 3 are free.
The Red Bird Mission, a United Methodist agency located in Kentucky in the heart
of Appalachia, provides many opportunities for outreach and service to the surrounding
economically challenged community. The Mission hosts work groups from all over,
who come to spend a week helping those in need by tackling home improvement projects.
