Quaker Valley School District: High School Closure

The Quaker Valley High School will be closed on Tuesday, October 5.

All classes and activities for October 5 will be canceled. Parkway CTC will be open, and normal transportation will be provided. However, students will be returning early, directly after attending Parkway.

Monday afternoon a staff member discovered bed bugs on a high school student’s article of clothing. Out of an abundance of caution, an extermination company will treat the high school facility in accordance with the District’s integrated pest management policy. The building will reopen on Wednesday, Oct. 6.
