• Shippensburg University mourns the loss of Kristen Houck-Yeager '06/'07M (fcfreepresspa.com) — Shippensburg University is honoring alumna and former Raiders field hockey standout Kristen Houck-Yeager, who was killed in the line of duty as a Central Berks police officer. Yeager, a 2006 criminal justice graduate and key defender on Ship’s 2005 PSAC championship team, is being remembered for her leadership on the field and her dedicated public service.
