5 'Fun' Questions for Commissioner Glenn Block

To help township residents get to (better) know their government leaders, Patch posed five "fun" questions to the new commissioners.

Today, Glenn Block takes our questions. 

Q. What's your New Year's resolution? 

A. To work with the other commissioners in guiding the township down the right path towards fiscal responsibility, while at the same time trying not to break my other ankle.

Editor's note: Block broke an ankle in the midst of last year's election campaign. He was still on crutches on election day.

Q. There are many restaurants in South Whitehall. What's one of your favorites? 

A. Hands down, has been our favorite for over 25 years.

Q. What's your favorite spot in the township? 

A. “Home Sweet Home.”

Q. What was the best holiday gift you received this year? 

A. Being able to spend time with my family over the holidays.

Q. What's one thing that most people don't know about you?

A. I am a jeweler and make custom-design gold and silver jewelry.
