Wallitsch & Iacobelli launch expanded family and financial legal services including new “Green Divorce™”

The law firm of Wallitsch & Iacobelli, LLP of Allentown PA, a well-known Family Law litigation firm in the Lehigh Valley area, has announced a newly-expanded scope of legal services:

Attorney Nancy Wallitsch has recently received her certification in mediation and has trademarked the term, Green Divorce ™, which is a “non-toxic” approach to resolving the issues that evolve in ending a relationship. 
Attorney Iacobelli has recently received his Master’s degree in tax and certificate in estate planning and is offering general, as well as, marital tax planning and litigation services, as well as, estate planning.

About our firm:
Nancy P. Wallitsch graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1982, Cedar Crest College with a B.S.N. in 1972, and St. Agnes School of Nursing with a R.N. in 1968.  Attorney Wallitsch is a certified mediator, a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, past President of the Family Law Section of the Bar Association of Lehigh County, and past Chair of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee.  Attorney Wallitsch has presented numerous continuing legal education programs and has published a number of articles in family law.  Prior to her law career, Attorney Wallitsch worked as a trauma and critical care nurse during which time she published many professional articles and co-authored a textbook on critical care nursing.

Abele A. Iacobelli graduated from the University of Delaware in 1993 and Villanova University School of Law in 1997. After graduating law school, Attorney Iacobelli was an associate in the firm of Solomon, Bershler, Warren, Schatz & Flood, P.C. from 1997 until December, 1998, when he joined Attorney Wallitsch.  Attorney Iacobelli recently received his Master’s Degree (LLM) in tax and certificate in estate planning.  Attorney Iacobelli is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as, the Lehigh County Bar Association and Northampton County Bar Association, is the former editor of the Lehigh County Bar Association Family Law Newsletter, and has also been a presenter on Family Law issues for both the Pennsylvania Bar Association and National Business Institute.
