Broadway Is Looking Good...
...after crews paved a thin layer of asphalt on the roadway.
Broadway is sporting a new surface, now that a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation contractor paved a thin layer of asphalt on the roadway.
Motorists may have been inconvienced Thursday while the work was under way. But by Friday, the majority of the work was completed, with crews putting on the finishing touches -- painting new guide lines.
The micro-surfacing was done on Broadway between Cedar Crest Boulevard and Haines Mill Road, and on Haines Mill Road between Broadway and Hamilton Boulevard.
