You are invited to a Liberian dinner and entertainment October 27, 4:00-8:00 PM in the Social Hall, hosted by Jordan church members Robert and Teelah Momolu and their family and friends. Robert and Teelah are originally from Liberia. Cost is $7 per person. Contact the Church Office (610-395-2218) for more information. The Momolus have devoted much time and energy to their dream- a 501 (C) 3 non-profit project called "Wipe the Tears", which is dedicated to building a church, school, and clinic in the countryside of their native home. (www.wipethetears.org) The dinner and program will share a unique culture to church and community members. "Wipe the Tears" became a U.S. government-approved fundraising organization through the Momolus’ efforts and the financial assistance of Jordan’s Mission Committee. October 27 is also "National Make a Difference Day". This entertaining and informative event about one couple who hope to make a major difference in their native country is a great way to celebrate.
