Pedestrian Killed In Cedar Crest Accident Is Identified

A pedestrian struck and killed in South Whitehall a week ago has been identified as Julio Soler, 44, of Allentown, according to this WFMZ report.

The man was struck by a vehicle at 8:30 p.m. in the 100 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard and was pronounced dead a half hour later at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.

Authorities had not been able to immediately identify Soler.

The Lehigh County Coroner that Soler died as a result of blunt force injuries suffered in the accident.
