According to South Whitehall police, the following were among the incidents that occurred in the township from Sept. 8 to Sept. 15:

 

Burglary

-- Reported at 7:18 a.m. on Sept. 8, in the 1300 block of N. 18th Street; jewelry, laptop computer, digital camera and cash taken.

Forgery

-- Reported at 8:11 p.m. on Sept. 15 at KNBT bank, Cedar Crest Boulevard; on $3,800 check.

 

Theft

-- Reported at 11:07 a.m. on Sept. 15, at PPL Service Center, 827 Hausman St.; fence cut and four rolls of wire stolen.

-- Reported at 11:02 a.m. on Sept. 14, 1600 block of North 27th Street; patio lights taken.

-- Reported at 8:51 a.m.  on Sept. 12, in the 1800 block of Jane Street; solar lights taken.

-- Reported on Sept. 11, in the 1700 block of Evangate Road; wheels and tires stolen.

-- Reported at 4:38 p.m. on Sept. 10, at Giant; white man grabbed the purse of an elderly woman and fled in a tan vehicle.

-- Reported 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 9, Transedge Truck, 1407 Bulldog Drive; three inspection stickers missing.

 

Theft from Vehicle

-- Reported at 4:02 p.m. on Sept. 13 in 3400 block of Oxford Circle South; loose change taken from vehicle.

-- Reported 9:50 a.m. on Sept. 14 in 1000 block of N. 32nd Street; vehicle ransacked and about $3 in quarters taken.

-- Reported 7:34 a.m. on Sept. 13, in 3300 block of Congress Street; $40 taken.

 

Assault

-- Reported at 9:19 a.m. on Sept. 11, at Linx, 3700 Hamilton St.; man struck in head, minor injury, no suspects.

 

Harrassment

-- Reported on Sept. 11 on Ryan and Mosser streets; eight vehicles egged.

Charged:

  -- Michael J. Redner, 35, of Allentown, with theft; metal rack, 1400 block of W. Fairmont St.; on Sept. 7.
