According to South Whitehall police, the following were among the incidents that occurred in the township from Sept. 1 to Sept. 7:
Theft
-- Reported at 5:45 p.m. on Sept. 6, in the 1600 block of 18th Street; jewelry taken from home.

-- Reported at 11:41 a.m. on Sept. 3 at Holiday Inn Express on Hamilton Boulevard; iPod Touch with black and orange case taken.
Theft from Vehicle
-- Reported at 3:34 p.m. on Sept. 6, in the 1600 block of Valley Forge Road; laptop computer taken from vehicle.
-- Reported at 2:45 p.m. on Sept. 5, in the 3600 block of Nassau Court; purse, GPS, Wii system/games taken.
-- Reported at 12:49 p.m. on Sept. 5, at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom; Coach wallet taken.
-- Reported at 10:27 p.m. on Sept. 1, in the lot of off Tilghman Street; school books, $300, backpack taken.
-- Reported at 7 a.m. on Sept. 1, in the 1800 block of Latta Street; purse, $300 taken.
-- Reported at 6 a.m. on Sept. 1, in the 1800 block of Stanley Street; iPod taken.
Retail Theft
-- Reported at 10:07 a.m. on Sept. 6, at Harbor Freight Tools, 4628 Broadway; aluminum vehicle jack taken.
Accidents
-- Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash at 2:50 p.m. on Sept. 5, at Mauch Chunk Road and Presidential Drive; both vehicles towed from scene.
-- Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash at 11:07 a.m. on Sept. 4 at Hamilton Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue; both cars towed from the scene.
Arrests, Citations
-- Charged: Jared Tellechea, 19, of Allentown, with retail theft, at 2:36 a.m. on Sept. 7, in connection with alleged theft of 4 Apple iTouch music players from Target Greatland; one music player was recovered.
-- Referred: A 15 year-old girl to Lehigh County Juvenile Probation after police say she admitted to the theft of $270, at 8:20 p.m. on Sept. 2 at Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom.
