Police Blotter: Burglary, Theft, Arrests
South Whitehall police responded to a number of incidents from March 10 - 14.

According to police, the following incidents and arrests occurred in the township from March 10 to March 14:
-- Attempted burglary reported at 2 a.m. on March 10, at the Park Mart, Route 309, Orfield; side door pried.
-- Harassment reported at 10:40 a.m. on March 10, at Route 309 and Pope Road; students following a teacher home from the Lehigh Career & Technical Institute.

-- One person injured in a two-vehicle accident at 12:44 p.m. on March 10, at Mauch Chunk and Mechanicsville roads; one vehicle had to be towed from the scene. Person injured declined medical attention.
-- Disorderly conduct reported at 2:07 p.m. on March 10, at Parkland High School; fight, no charges filed but verbal warning issued.

-- Theft reported at 11:30 a.m. on March 11 at Parkland High School; iPhone taken.
-- Burglary reported at 9:55 p.m. on March 11, in the 1800 block of North 21st Street; LCD TV and laptop stolen.
-- Cited for alleged harassement by communication, at 11:31 p.m. on March 11, in the 2500 block of Grove Street, Charles Barbour, 25, of Allentown.
--At least two people cited for alleged underage drinking around midnight on March 12, at Penn Crest, Angel Ayala, 20, of Allentown; and Caridad Osorio, 19, of Allentown.
-- Cited for alleged disorderly conduct at 1:10 a.m. on March 12, in the 4200 block of Tilghman Street, Robert Gebhardt, 18, of Allentown.
-- Arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, at 12:54 a.m. on March 12, at Mauch Chunk and Mechanicsville roads, Bahoua Aka, 33, of Allentown; charges pending blood alcohol test results.
-- Cited for alleged retail theft of $50 worth of items, at 5:57 p.m. on March 14, at Target, Marcos Reyes, 25, of Allentown.
