The following thefts were  to South Whitehall police from March 4 to March 9: -- Two 500-gallon propane tanks were taken from 1640 Valley Forge Road. The theft was reported at 7:41 p.m. on March 8. -- A laptop was taken from 1628 Whitehall Ave. It was reported at 3:52 p.m. on March 7. -- An iPod was taken from Parkland High School. It was reported at 8:35 a.m. on March 5.
