Police Blotter: Woman Charged with Stealing Car

A 27-year-old woman has been charged with stealing a red 1994 Toyota Corolla from the , 3620 Hamilton Blvd., according to the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office.
Tiffany Cupples, no known address, is charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphenalia and driving without a license, said Debbie Garlicki, spokeswoman for the district attorney's office.
According to police, the car was reported stolen at 8:36 a.m. on May 9. The car was recovered at the Super 8 motel on Airport Road by Allentown police on May 10, Garlicki said.

Cupples' preliminary hearing is set for 2:15 p.m. on May 17 in Central Court.
