Properties Up for Nov. 18 Sheriff's Sale

Dozens of properties are listed for the Nov. 18 Lehigh County Sheriff's Sale. The list includes an opening bid and a total of back taxes owed on each property.

Many of the properties listed involve school districts or municipalities challenging homeowners for back taxes. Taxes owed on some properties amount to more than $100,000.

Sales are held starting at 10 a.m. in Room 131 on the first floor of the Lehigh County Courthouse, Fifth and Hamilton Streets, Allentown.

The sale is a public auction and buyers must bid for properties, which are not available for inspection prior to the sale. More information is available on Lehigh County's website.
