Suspect in GameStop Robbery Charged
Matthew Clayton Miller allegedly handed clerk a note demanding money and left with $450 before being caught after brief manhunt, police say.

A 27-year-old man of no known address faces charges of robbery and terroristic threats after allegedly robbing the GameStop store on N. Cedar Crest Blvd. Saturday afternoon.
South Whitehall Township police said Matthew Clayton Miller, 27, entered the GameStop at 1634 N. Cedar Crest shortly before 1 p.m. Saturday and handed a note to a sales clerk demanding all the money in the register and threatened harm if the clerk failed to comply. Miller reportedly took $450 in cash and then fled on foot heading north.
With assistance from state troopers and two K-9 police officers from Salisbury Township and Whitehall Township police, South Whitehall police searched the area. Miller was caught in the area of Huckleberry Road and Cedar Crest Blvd. less than an hour later, police said.

Miller was charged with two counts each of robbery and terroristic threats and theft and receiving stolen property.
