Thieves Strike Twice at Grandview Cemetery

The following information was supplied by the South Whitehall police department.

Thieves struck twice in three days at , stealing copper items, according to South Whitehall police.

The first theft was reported at 8:20 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 29.

Someone stole 15 copper spouting supports and part of copper roofing on a mausoleum, police said.

The second theft was reported at 6:15 a.m. on March 2.

In that theft, someone stole copper flashing, a copper chimney cap and copper roof end caps.
