Two Jailed For Theft At Bennett Infiniti
Jonathan Roque-Moronata and Jelly Roque are sentenced to state prison for stealing rims and tires from South Whitehall dealer.

Two Hazleton men were sentenced last week in Lehigh County Court for operating a chop shop and stealing rims and tires from Bennett Infiniti in South Whitehall.
Jonathan Roque-Moronata, 21, was sentenced by Judge Robert Steinberg to 11-to-48 months in state prison on charges of conspiracy, receiving stolen property and attempting to flee police.
Steinberg sentenced Jelly Roque, 23, to six-to-36 months in state prison a charge of theft by unlawful taking.

The men had been charged with taking eight sets of rims and tires from new model Infinitis at Bennett Infinity on Tilghman Street in February with the intent of reselling them. The rims and tires were valued at $37,486. The two pleaded guilty to charges in August.
Roque-Moronata and Roque were also ordered to pay a total of $22,500 in restitution to Bennet Infinity and its insurer.
