• Is your York County school at the top or bottom for MMR vaccinations? (ydr.com) — York County parents, including those with students in Spring Grove, can now check measles, mumps and rubella vaccination rates for individual schools using a new Pennsylvania Department of Health online tool. The data show which local schools are above or below the 95% herd-immunity target in kindergarten, 7th and 12th grades, along with exemption rates, helping families gauge how well-protected their children’s classrooms are.
