10-Week Sports Performance Camp at On Deck Training Center
Male & Female athletes from any sport will benefit from our 10 week progressive sports performance program!

Athletes will work to improve their strength, speed, and overall athleticism. Athletes will be coached on the proper form, technique, weight & movement selection, and phasing of a comprehensive, summer-long, strength & speed training program. In addition, athletes will be provided with training on proper mobility & flexibility exercises aimed at improving performance and reducing injury! This program will include complete instruction and execution of upper and lower body strength movements, speed & footwork drills, and in-training competition amongst athletes.
