3 Delco Men Hit With Gun Charges In New Jersey

Three Delaware County men, ages 18 and 19, were charged in New Jersey after Wildwood Police found handguns on them over the holiday weekend.

DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — Three Delaware County men were taken into custody on firearm charges in New Jersey over the holiday weekend, according to authorities.

Wildwood Police said Michael Logue, 18, of Eddystone; Corey Caffo, 19, of Brookhaven; and Jaquan Cambridge-Stokes, 19, of Crum Lynne, were charged with possession of a weapon without a permit to carry and unlawful possession of a weapon.

Caffo was also charged with possession of an untraceable firearm.

Their charges stem from a vehicle stop at Maple and Atlantic avenues that occurred at 11:24 p.m. on Sunday.

Police stopped a vehicle in which Logue, Caffo, and Cambridge-Stokes were passengers and saw a firearm in plain view in the vehicle, authorities said.

Logue, Caffo, Cambridge-Stokes and two others were ordered out of the vehicle, police said.

Police said Logue, Caffo, and Cambridge-Stokes had loaded handguns on them.

Logue had a .22 caliber Pathfinder revolver handgun; Caffo an untraceable .9 mm semi-automatic handgun with no serial number, also known as a ghost gun; and Cambridge-Stokes had a .9 mm semi-automatic Glock 26 handgun, according to police.

All three weapons were recovered and submitted as evidence, police said.

They were taken to the Cape May County Correctional Center in accordance with the Attorney General Guidelines, promulgated in connection with the Criminal Justice Bail Reform Policies and Directives.
