Second Team
Junior Sarah Gable

“She is one of my best players by far,” said head coach Brittany Piotti. “She clears the ball from our defensive end all the way up to the attack players. She is always protecting our goalies. I can’t wait to have her back next year.”
Senior Meghan Dickinson
Dickinson was a force on the attack for the Lady Cougars. Finishing with 11 goals, the senior will be missed next year for Springfield.
“She is our leading goal scorer, yet she is always looking to pass,” said Piotti. “She is very unselfish and scrappy in front of the net.”
“We are going to miss Meghan,” added Piotti. “When you lose some one with her skill set, it is going to hurt.”
*Honorable Mention
Junior
Kane was one of the leaders for Springfield this season. She not helps on offense, but is responsible for helping on defense as well.
“She is very talented and all over the field,” said Piotti. “She never comes off the field and is a great defender. She is an awesome athlete.”
