Asthma Day Camp at the Healthplex(R) Sports Club is Now Accepting Registrations for June 22-26
If your child suffers from asthma, sign up now for our Asthma Day Camp at the Healthplex Sports Club.

The Healthplex® Sports Club in Springfield looks forward to its annual tradition of hosting an Asthma Day Camp every year. This year, Asthma Day Camp will be held from June 22 to June 26. This camp is dedicated to teaching youth between the ages of 7-12 how to better control their asthma and be active at the same time. Campers receive a spacer, peak flow meter, backpack and a t-shirt for the cost-effective registration fee of only $25.
Parents, educators, and healthcare professionals should identify children who have asthma and who possibly have frequent absences from school or frequent trips to the emergency department because of asthma flares. Families faced with these realities for their child are asked to contact Tonya Merrill at the Healthplex by email at tonya.merrill@crozer.org or by telephone at (610) 328-8874 to receive an application. You may also download, complete and email the registration form to Tonya Merrill to receive an application. Space is limited as the camp can only accept 25 children each year.
Each day of the camp is filled with a variety of activities and education for the children from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with extended hours available to 5:45 p.m. for an added fee. This year’s featured activities include: basketball, drums alive, kickball, lunch & snacks, moon bounce, open airways lessons, raffle prizes, scooter hockey, swimming, tennis, and much more.
