Blotter: $3K of Clothing Stolen from American Eagle

Plus: An iPad is stolen from a car in the owner's driveway.

Retail Theft—American Eagle Store in the Springfield Mall between 5:15 p.m. on Oct. 21 and 10:35 a.m. on Oct. 22. The store reported that someone stole 90 articles of clothing from a display in the front of the store. The clothing was valued at $3,400.

Stolen Property—400 block of Southcroft Road at about 6:03 p.m. on Oct. 22. A resident reported that sometime during the night someone entered her unlocked vehicle and stole a quantity of loose change and an iPad while the vehicle was parked in the  driveway of the home.
