Blotter: Victim Confronts Woman Found in Home
Cash was later found to be missing from the home.

Burglary—100 block of Baltimore Pike between noon and 12:46 p.m. on Oct. 21. A resident reported that someone stole a quantity of cash from a dresser drawer on the second floor of her home.

The investigation showed that the victim confronted an unknown woman as she exited her home. The victim questioned the woman who appeared not to understand the English language. The woman then left the area.
It appears that the woman may have entered the home through an unlocked basement door in the rear of the home. The victim checked the home and discovered the cash missing from the drawer. Nothing else appeared to be missing. The area was checked but the woman was gone.

The woman is described as a white female, in her early 50s with no teeth, dark colored eyes, brown hair pulled back into a bun and she was wearing a newer looking, grey sweatsuit and black sneakers. The incident is under investigation by Detective James Deveney.
