Valleyview Road Resident Reports Front Lawn Turfed
August 18: A resident from the 500 block of Valleyview Road reported that sometime during the night someone turfed the front lawn of the home.
Purse Stolen From Springfield Mall Returned, Minus Cash, License
August 18: An Aldan resident reported that sometime between 3:30 p.m. and 4:07 p.m. someone stole her pocketbook while she was shopping at the . When she reported it to Mall Security it was discovered that a female had turned in the pocketbook. The victim checked and an envelope with a large amount of cash and her Pa. Driverβs License were missing but everything else was intact. The investigation showed that the female that turned in her pocketbook was one of the actors responsible for the original theft. The area was checked for the actors but they were gone. The incident is under investigation by Detective Robert Nutley. The loss is valued in excess of $250.
Sherman Road Resident Reports Front Lawn Turfed
August 19: A resident from the 600 block of Sherman Road reported that sometime over the last several days someone turfed the front lawn of the home.
Gibbons Road Resident Reports Front Lawn Turfed
August 19: A resident from the 200 block of Gibbons Road reported that sometime during the weekend sometime turfed the front lawn of the home.
Women Steal $1,000 Worth of Nike Shirts
August 19: The in the reported that sometime between 5:40 p.m. and 6:27 p.m. two females fled the store without paying for 40 Nike T-shirts taken from a display in the front of the store. The area was checked but the actors were gone. The shirts are valued at $1,000. The incident is under investigation by Detective Robert Nutley.
