Boys 10U Soccer Team Ends Successful Season

Last weekend, Springfield Athletic Association's boys soccer team were finalist in the 10U (aged 10 and under) Delco soccer league playing in the championship game against Rose Tree Media. With a week to go in the league, the Springfield team was 6th place in their division out of 10 teams. They won their last two games and, with a little help from other teams, came in 4th place in their division and made the playoffs (only the top four seeds out of 10 teams make the playoffs.) Although the Rose Tree Media team won the championship, head coach Leo Broadhurst with assistant coaches Mike Ranck and Andrew Hoopes are very proud of a successful season.
