Greetings Delaware County! New To Patch

Greetings Delaware County! 

We are new to Patch and are thankful to Springfield Patch Editor Leslie Truluck for inviting us on board. We are Realtors® who work out of Century 21 Absolute Realty at 512 Baltimore Pike in Springfield.

Doug is the reason we became Realtors®.

Real estate as a career was not something I ever considered, having been in the textile industry for ten years after college and then working for non-profits, my focus was never on real estate.  Doug presented a hard case in that he knows houses after being a remodeling contractor for over 30 years and I enjoy helping people and I have a gift of gab. He thought together we could make a great team for any Seller or Buyer who would benefit from having two agents looking out for their best interests, and here we are.

Blogging and real estate…was not happening in 2004 when we became licensed Pennsylvania Realtors®. 

Blogging just seemed to happen for us a few years ago. It is a great way to keep up with current events in real estate, Delaware County and current events in general. Doug and I work on blogging as a team. I do the writing and Doug is my support and sounding board. He keeps an eye open for post ideas for our Active Rain Blog and business pages on Facebook. 

We look forward to our venture here on Patch.com and look forward to all the people we will be helping along the way as we continue to work and serve people living in and around Delaware County!
