As I complete this summer reading series, I hope that I have rendered yeoman's service. I have worked my own land, albeit in the Territorial Army of Bloggers, under the banner of socio-spiritual commentary. Bravely have I put forward the way of Friends. Unite with me, then, in acknowledging that the way to peace is peace as the way.
Many of my topics, from above deck, may have seemed petty and I the officer in a fleet of useless voyages. Yet sturdy is the foundation of truth that resonates, like sonar, in the depths of our being.
Speaking of depth, don't forget that it starts just below the surface of so many problems and difficulties. With all the storms stranding us at sea, adrift upon the swirling currents, we are buoyed by staying centered. Yet, it's not what, or even who, we are holding onto, but who is holding onto us, better than any lifejacket.

Life is truly a swift stream carrying us along. We enjoy the scenery and myriad opportunities to share the exciting journey with those accompanying us. Perhaps it's just too nice to resist going along for the ride - as life draws us ever farther downstream.
As your faithful attendant, I beg you to find your way to the bank of the stream where something better than money awaits you. Once out of the stream and on higher ground, you will be able to see the waterfall below that was your unexamined life's fate.
