Crozer-Keystone Health System Hosts Heart & Stroke Awareness Day on Feb. 28
As part of American Heart Month, Crozer-Keystone will offer a free, comprehensive, community education event.

Crozer-Keystone Health Systems is dedicated to reducing heart disease, vascular disease and stroke in the community we serve. As part of American Heart Month, Crozer-Keystone will offer a free, comprehensive, community education event.
This event will be held from 8 to 11 a.m. at Springfield Hospital. The event will feature a health fair that will include a continental breakfast, free screenings and information about heart disease, stroke, smoking cessation and much more. The informational tables will be available from 8 to 11 a.m.

Free Screenings, Including Blood Pressure
Free Glucose and Cholesterol Screenings*
*Patients are required to begin fasting at midnight in order to have the screening done at the health fair.
