
Colonial Playhouse in Aldan, PA is proud to present the Delaware County premiere of a 1960’s film classic,The Graduate.
The 1967 film hit starring Dustin Hoffman and Anne Bancroft was later adapted for the stage and starred Kathleen Turner as the iconic Mrs. Robinson on Broadway in 2002. Colonial’s production features a stand-out performance by local actress and Barrymore nominee Nina Harper of Wayne. Also starring are Thom Harmon of Philadelphia as Benjamin Braddock and Virginia Lawler of Havertown as Elaine Robinson.
The show will be highlighted with a unique musical twist – beloved songs from the 60’s, including hits from the film’s famous soundtrack by Simon and Garfunkel, re-imagined by Philadelphia roots music band Stu and the Gurus and friends.

The show is directed by Colonial veteran Kathy Quinn of Clifton Heights with the able assistance of Natalie Brown of Philadelphia. The show’s Music Director is Millard Brown of Media.
The cast is rounded out with the talents of Jim Fryer of Lansdowne, Jonathan Brunke of West Chester, Ilana Brookshier of Narberth, Alex Jamison of Philadelphia, Steve Lythgoe of Philadelphia, Denny Mahoney of Drexel Hill, and Jean Marie Vance-Martin of Wallingford.
